I would not dare advice anybody to use Chemistry.com because it is a scam and has poor customer service. In one week after joining, I was in contact with five men. However, three turned out to be broke men that wanted me to send them money in some other countries, one was rude and insulted me for my weight and the last one was not what I expected. He began by being sweet but then hacked into my account. After noticing I contacted Chemistry.com support. Instead of helping me genuinely, they scammed me by sending me to their technical support, who charged $200 for fixation and still did not do it. They gave me the excuse that they had been scammed too. Later I reached to them again because I wanted to access my account and cancel it completely. They called me stupid claiming I did not let them deal with the scammer. They shut down my profile and refunded my money. Am never using it again.

I joined this site 1 week back, and since then I have got messages asking me to transfer money to some or the other place in Asia. Do these con artists think that people nowadays are so desperate and stupid that they will send money to any stranger just like that, after listening to their sad story? Do people really transfer money to these frauds? Not only this, one person had even hacked my account, and when I contacted the support team they simply billed me $300, and said the problem was solved. But, no, nothing, my account is as it is, and, when I contacted my local IT person regarding this he said that there was no problem in my computer. Now, my account is closed, and I won’t recommend this site to anyone.

I have never seen this worst customer support of any other dating site. First, they keep various scam profiles on this site, and after knowing this when people ask for refund, chemistry just simply ignores their requests. It is simply a fraud site, which is only interested in your money, and provides no customer support. Not only this, there are many people on the website who look for ways to take your money. All in all, join this site only if you don’t love your hard earned money.

Cool site. I don’t know why there are so many bad reviews about this site. I know that this is not the best site out there, but I don’t think it is that bad either. The site tries it level best to satisfy its customers by having various chemistry tests for the people. With this, the site also rolls out different discount schemes for its customers, and has a decent pool of people to choose from. It is true that there are many scammers on this site, but which dating site doesn’t have scammers? It is not the website’s fault if the site is filled with scammers.

I have got messages from females who just wanted to have my mobile number, and email id. I mentioned them clearly that I only wanted to contact through chemistry.com, but no use. They stopped responding as soon as I said that I cannot correspond outside this site. It seems like everyone on this site is a liar, and they just want your phone number. Their profile information, pictures, everything is fake.

Either chemistry.com sells the data of its customers, or its user data has been hacked. Either way, it means me getting several promotional emails on my email id. I have even got mails from various porn sites, which I have never visited. All these emails are addressed to my name, b which I operate my chemistry site, and I know from where they have got my data. I have tried contacting their customer support, but no use, they simply ignored my message, and recently replied very rudely to me.
